We're scaling our business at a rapid pace, targeting the USA and European markets, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team.About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Brand and Creative Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing custom visual concepts and designs that align with our brand's identity and meet the needs of the business.

You'll have a sound understanding of all marketing disciplines, enabling you to support and create artwork, such as logos, promotional materials, and multi-channel campaigns. Your expertise will be invaluable in launching and evolving brand identities and concepts across global audiences and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to position our brand effectively.
  • Ensure brand consistency across various marketing initiatives and channels.
  • Collaborate with our SVP of Marketing & Product, Product managers, UX designers, copywriters, and PR agencies to ensure brand creative consistency.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed, listen to feedback, and explain design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with design and software trends.
Requirements
  • Solid graphic design background and experience using PowerPoint, Adobe design suite, and video editing and production tools.
  • Understanding of trends and ability to respond to customer requirements.
  • Experience and understanding of market research.
  • Ability to think strategically and come up with brand campaigns.
  • Proven ability with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a high-growth environment.
