Senior Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential project in North London. The project involves the construction of 688 units across four blocks, with a total value of £300 million. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the construction process from 1st fix to handover
* Manage a team of site staff to ensure the project is delivered efficiently and effectively
* Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
* Monitor and control costs to ensure the project is delivered within budget
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential projects
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
