About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of sports sponsorship and marketing to oversee our client's global partnership assets, end market activations, and race hospitality programs.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of our client's annual scope of work, including project management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Lead a team of seven to deliver high-quality events, projects, and cross-functional initiatives while working towards tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with our Head of Client Services, Head of Motorsport, and Account Director (Brand Activation) to provide strategic guidance and support to clients.
- Manage client and stakeholder relations, establishing trusted adviser status and ensuring seamless integration with global, end market, and regional teams.
- Oversee the coordination and effective use of contractual assets across multiple teams, markets, and events.
- Support the Head of Client Services in identifying opportunities to grow agency scope and income.
- Proven ability to manage complex multifaceted events, projects, and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of marketing, communications, client services, and project management, particularly in a sports sponsorship context.
- Ability to juggle and oversee multiple workstreams and projects across various international markets.
- Experience in managing large complex budgets and commercial awareness.
