Radiology Consultant

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Radiologist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing expert diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and report on CT and MR examinations, ultrasound, and plain film reporting
- Participate in the diagnostic out-of-hours system on a sector basis
- Contribute to the general work of the department, including the acute service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Proficiency in all forms of general diagnostic imaging
- Interest in non-vascular interventional radiology
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with colleagues to ensure high-quality services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
