Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Newport. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, manage stock and resources, and ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, manage stock and resources, and ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  3. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet business objectives.
  4. Manage stock levels, inventory, and merchandise to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
