Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data classification, categorization, and documentation processes.
  • Establish a data retention framework for relationship marketing systems and tools, ensuring privacy is integrated into process design.
  • Champion data quality standards and train colleagues on best practices, creating a culture of data literacy within the organization.
  • Lead the charge in data governance, working in tandem with the CRM programme to transform how we engage with data, supporters, and achieve our vision.
  • Build the governance framework from scratch, establishing data governance around the data change project.
  • Mentor team members and establish data governance tooling to ensure seamless data management.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in data governance, with a strong track record of improving customer data value in a maximization-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence and shape organizational thinking on data and supporter experience.
  • A good blend of IT skills, including Microsoft skills and experience with MS Dynamics 365.
