Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to remain living in their own homes and making them smile every day. You'll support with living independently, achieving goals, and participating in outings, as well as providing personal care, medication assistance, and practical tasks like shopping and housework.

Key Responsibilities
* Support clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, showering, and toileting
* Assist with medication management and administration
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
* Help with household chores, such as cleaning and laundry
* Participate in outings and activities with clients
