About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and dignity
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
