School Overview

Our New Options Autism School provides education and care for pupils aged 5-11 with complex needs, including autism and communication difficulties. We pride ourselves on being a supportive and enriching environment where pupils can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement effective strategies for supporting pupils with SEN, working closely with the therapy team and Headteacher.
  • To provide expert advice and guidance to teachers and support staff on adapting their practice to meet individual pupil needs.
  • To monitor pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
