Senior Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced and qualified pharmacist to join our team as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist. As part of Asda's pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC and able to work independently, with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and technicians, providing clinical guidance and support, and ensuring compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.

Key responsibilities include delivering all pharmacy-related targets and deadlines, managing the store pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and supporting the drive to make Asda Pharmacy the best in class. You will also be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience, achieving exceptional levels of patient safety.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will receive a range of benefits including discretionary company bonus, company pension up to 7% matched, 10% colleague discount, free parking, and many additional rewards.
