Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve store performance
  • Manage stock levels, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure all store policies and procedures are followed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role within a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
