Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our café team as a front-of-house representative. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality by following proper handling and preparation procedures.
  • Follow operational protocols to handle deliveries, store food safely, and maintain cleanliness throughout the café.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu offerings and provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive brand image by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
