Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to join our HR team on a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading the development and implementation of a global pay strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Designing and delivering reward programmes that attract and retain top talent across all markets.
  • Providing strategic advice to senior leadership on compensation and benefits trends, cost analysis, and programme effectiveness.
  • Working closely with the Finance team to develop and implement bonus and commission structures.

The salary for this role is estimated at £60,000-£80,000 per month (pro rata) based on the company's market positioning and location in Central London.
