You will also analyse and present complex data, evidence, and advice to recognised standards, reviewing outcomes and assessing third-party compliance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading the delivery of arboricultural services, including commercial and operational delivery of tree assessments, surveys, and management works.
- Analysing and presenting complex data, evidence, and advice to recognised standards, reviewing outcomes and assessing third-party compliance.
- Developing and reviewing complex plans, policies, and guidance related to arboriculture.
- Managing high-value projects and contracts against budget, specification, and indicators.
- Buiding high-level client relationships, maintaining commercial awareness of the industry, key markets, and sectors.
You Will Bring
- Qualified Professional Tree Inspector with strong evidence of continuous professional development and membership of relevant professional bodies.
- Authoritative technical and subject matter expert in development management and planning policy, legislation, and enforcement standards and guidance.
- Effective people management skills with experience of employee performance and development.
- Strong understanding of wellbeing and H&S, with ability to identify and implement safe working practices.
- Able to lead specialist and multi-disciplinary project teams and manage multiple, large-scale, and complex projects from concept through to completion.
