This is an exciting opportunity to drive the ESG performance of a leading renewables infrastructure fund.

As a Senior ESG Sustainability Lead, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a sustainable investment framework covering all AUM. This includes leading ESG regulatory compliance across AUM, staying at the forefront of UK and EU regulation, and reviewing ESG processes across Group companies to ensure ongoing adherence.

This role will also take responsibility for delivering the LLP's wider ESG strategy, including delivery of the Sustainable Investment Policy and ESG reporting.

Core duties include:
  • Becoming the knowledge centre of UK and EU ESG legislation and its application to the group and its AUM.
  • Developing and delivering a sustainable finance framework to ensure regulatory compliance for all AUM.
  • Leading on ESG reporting for the LLP, including preparation, review, and dissemination of annual sustainability reports, regulatory and framework disclosures.
  • Undertaking horizon scanning to identify emerging ESG frameworks and assessing best practice standards.
  • Taking ownership of ESG marketing content on LLP/client websites, ensuring messaging remains up-to-date.
  • Preparing and presenting ESG Board reports.
You will have:
  • At least 4 years' experience in an ESG/sustainability role within the investment sector (ideally renewables).
  • Proven experience with sustainable finance frameworks, including SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and reporting frameworks like CSRD, PRI, SDGs, and UK Stewardship Code.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to respond to tight deadlines.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. Location: London, UK.
