Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Culinary Professional to join our team in a large production kitchen. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for producing traditional, home-made food using locally sourced ingredients for patients and restaurant patrons. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality meals for patients and restaurants
  • Maintain accurate records of ingredients and menu planning
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other culinary staff to achieve kitchen goals
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
  • City & Guilds or NVQ 2 in Professional Cookery (desirable)
  • Knowledge of special diets, including textured modified, and healthcare settings
