About the Job

We are looking for an expert in moving and handling training to work with us at Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (Nrs). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop moving and handling training courses in line with industry standards and best practices.
  • Deliver training to diverse groups of learners within varied people-handling environments.
  • Maintain professional standards and engage in CPD.
  • Assess learners to ensure they meet the required certification and qualification standards.
  • Provide occupational health and safety advice to colleagues and other departments.

Essential Requirements

  • A strong background in moving and handling training and development.
  • Expertise in delivering training methods that are enjoyable and interactive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent training/presentation skills.

Salary
