Sales Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join Work Lyf Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with experience in phone and sales.
Main Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound sales calls to customers
- Promote brand products and meet/exceed individual targets
- Provide expert advice on customer queries and recommend suitable products
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and accurately maintain database records
This role offers a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum (estimated). In addition, there is an uncapped commission scheme that rewards high-performing individuals.
Requirements:- At least one year of experience in outbound telesales
- Natural communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a friendly disposition
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Able to actively listen, influence, and negotiate with customers
- 28 days holiday + 1 additional day off per year, up to 33 days total
