Job Summary
Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, term-time basis. As a key member of our ALS team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with their studies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to learners to develop their study skills
- Collaborate with the ALS team to achieve positive outcomes for learners
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and provide regular feedback
