Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Wales Medicines Strategy Group team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Community Therapy Team, ensuring high-quality clinical care is delivered within the scope of professional practice. They will work closely with the Locality Manager and Deputy Locality Manager to provide leadership, manage the team, ensure patient flow, and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
This role requires excellent multi-disciplinary/agency working skills, computer skills, and the ability to analyse assessment results to formulate treatment plans considering client, social, and environmental factors.
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the Community Therapy Team and ensure high-quality clinical care is delivered.
- Work closely with the Locality Manager and Deputy Locality Manager to provide leadership and manage the team.
- Ensure patient flow and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
