About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cracking Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across the Travel & Tourism industry, specifically in the Holiday Lettings sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Identify and source new business opportunities through local networking and partnerships with estate agents, cleaning companies, accountants, and maintenance contractors
  • Negotiate with new and existing suppliers to secure the best deals for our clients
  • Provide expert advice and support to new property owners on how to best feature and sell their properties as holiday lets
  • Take professional photographs of properties and assist in writing creative marketing literature
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the Travel & Tourism industry or a related sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic salary plus monthly sales commission with uncapped OTE of £45k - £50k per annum
  • Additional ad hoc sales incentives through the months and quarters
