We're seeking a Business Development Manager to join our FSi division, covering the North UK (M62 Corridor up to Cumbria).

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering our market strategy, identifying new opportunities, and feeding back market intelligence.

You'll work closely with our customer services team, national specification manager, and wider team across the UK.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and growing our current customer base through various communication channels
  • Conducting regular customer and site visits, providing technical support, and CPD to architects and main contractors
  • Representing the company at trade shows and events
  • Managing a large customer caseload, meeting sales targets, and updating our CRM system
  • Being a main point of contact for customers, liaising with other departments to offer effective technical and customer service

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a sales-focused position within the construction industry
  • The ability to manage a large customer base, prioritize site visits, and calls
  • A personable and customer-focused approach
  • Competence in MS Packages and CRM
