About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Marion House, a residential care home for adults with intellectual disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to our residents, working closely with them and their support plans to ensure their needs are met.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, administering personal care and medication, and participating in sleep-in sessions.

Marion House offers a supportive and inclusive environment, with a team of experienced and well-trained staff available 24/7.
