Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Maidenhead

Hours: 37.5 / 9:30 - 5:30 full time office based

Salary: 17.50£ ph

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Randstad Delivery (GBS). As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing recruitment activities for assigned Abbott UK businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a complete understanding of each client business objectives and strategy
  • Consult with hiring managers and Business HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for each requisition
  • Work with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy for each requisition
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial application to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress and trends

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience or a junior recruitment agent
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
