Administrative Operations Coordinator (HR)

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our FA Education team. This exciting opportunity involves providing high levels of efficient HR administration and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on various tasks, including:

  • Monitoring and completion of DBS and RTW checks across the FA Education casual workforce.
  • Overseeing the FA Learning casual staff database and ensuring all departments keep it updated.
  • Implementing minimum standards in HR processes and driving process improvement.
  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders and teams in the field, Wembley and SGP.
  • Supporting the training and education of staff across the department to support delivery of improved and accurate HR processes.
  • Supporting the maintenance of an FAE Operating Manual to ensure minimum standards and clear consistent processes are documented and updated across FA Learning.
  • Working on specific project management tasks and system developments across FA Learning Operations.
  • Providing flexible business support to the Business Administration Coordinators (finance) as and when required.
  • Working with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times and ensuring all paper and electronic files are maintained in accordance with data protection legislation.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and well-being can be maintained.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, along with great opportunities to develop and grow in your role.
