About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work as a Patient Focused Nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes. You will be responsible for administering chemotherapy treatments and developing relationships with patients, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.

To succeed in this position, you must have a registered general nurse qualification, experience in administering Cytotoxic drugs, and cannulation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for effective collaboration within the team and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through the administration of chemotherapy treatments and maintenance of accurate records.
- Build strong relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to ensure effective care coordination and communication.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices to maintain professional standards and address any gaps in competence.
