Job Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Cramond Medical Practice. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to paediatric and adult patients.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake comprehensive assessments and diagnoses to develop treatment plans that meet individual patient needs
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, other healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • Develop and implement nursing services to improve patient outcomes and experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in nursing with a focus on general practice and community care
  • Excellent clinical skills and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
