About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Director to join our team at EKC Sixth Form, part of the East Kent Colleges Group. As a Programme Director, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of A Level Maths and Physics qualifications, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education and achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a highly relevant and distinctive A level curriculum to meet the needs of students
  • Liaise with the Department leadership team to support outstanding achievement and progression for students
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery team to ensure all students receive up-to-date course information
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes
  • Assess and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions
About You

We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and passionate individual who is committed to making a difference to the futures of our students. You will have a proven track record of teaching and managing academic Maths and Physics qualifications at Key Stage 5, and strong management skills are desirable. You will be able to plan and teach engaging and innovative lessons, and assess and track student progress to further plan intervention.
