Job Title: Animal Management Programme Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Animal Management Programme Director to lead the development and implementation of advanced predictive maintenance strategies across our engineering operations.

This role is crucial in enhancing operational reliability and efficiency through data-driven maintenance approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a comprehensive predictive maintenance program, integrating cutting-edge analytics and machine learning technologies.
  • Leading an indirect team of engineers and data scientists to achieve program objectives, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensuring the alignment of predictive maintenance practices with our sustainability and efficiency targets.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of predictive maintenance into existing operations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Extensive experience in predictive maintenance within a large, complex engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and machine learning techniques for predictive modeling.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
