We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Director to join our team at EKC Sixth Form. As a Programme Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of our A Level Maths and Physics curriculum, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education and achieve excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the delivery of the A Level Maths and Physics curriculum
- Develop and implement curriculum plans and strategies to ensure student achievement and progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning resources
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and achievement, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for teaching and learning. You will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and manage a team. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
