Compliance and Records Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance and Records Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data protection legislation and regulations, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
The role involves providing high-quality information governance advice across the organisation, ensuring compliance with internal and national standards. This includes advising staff on data handling and processing, supporting directorates in drawing up Data Sharing Agreements and Privacy Notices, and assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Data Protection Officer and Deputy Data Protection Officer in ensuring the organisation complies with its obligations under UK Data Protection Legislation
- Provide high-quality information governance advice across the organisation
- Assist in the completion of Data Protection Impact Assessments and Privacy Notices
