We seek a visionary National Account Controller to spearhead one of our commercial teams and forge exceptional relationships with high street and grocery customers. This role involves championing your area, driving clear strategy, development, and profitability across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow existing clients and generate new business by leveraging passion and enthusiasm.
  • Achieve yearly sales and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) through strategic execution.
  • Empower and develop your team through coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Pioneer future growth opportunities in your customers and deliver value, gross margin, and volume targets.
  • Contribute to the wider sales team and support other colleagues with their accounts.
About You:
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in FMCG national accounts.
  • Retail/FMCG experience is essential, ideally with top 6 grocery companies.
  • You are detail-oriented, able to multitask, and set priorities effectively.
  • You are results-driven, focused on commercials and P&L management.
  • You possess strong relationship-building acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • You have strong leadership and organisational skills.
