We are looking for an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at Grundon Waste Management Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key facilities and property management accounts that use our waste management solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and reviewing key accounts across all sectors, including attending regular meetings with clients and monitoring performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Conducting waste audits and implementing innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Motivating and building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal teams to ensure seamless operational delivery.

You will need:

  • Experience of supervising or managing people and a valid full driving licence.
  • A-level (or equivalent) education and excellent communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  • Company car, discretionary company bonuses, and a pension scheme with life insurance cover.
  • 30 days' annual leave, inclusive of 8 bank holidays, plus the option to buy up to 5 extra days' holiday.
