About This Role

Suntory Global Spirits, a world leader in premium spirits, is looking for a Senior Commercial Marketing Executive to support the growth of their new Commercial Marketing function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join a growing business and make their mark. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating brand experiences in line with consumer demand occasions, shopper insights, data analytics & channel objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver activations aligned with channel plans, driving customer, category and Suntory Global Spirits brand growth.
  • Implement the Commercial Marketing Strategy across Digital & Ecommerce accounts, enhancing brand value and performance.
  • Partner with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, collaborating with marketing and sales on partnerships and activations.
  • Support the activation calendar around key brand moments, managing innovation launch plans in Digital & Ecommerce.
  • Monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and ensure clear ROI, collecting activation insights and reporting to the Insights & Reporting Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment (Drinks Industry preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering activations in a range of customers, ensuring the needs of the business and the needs of the customer are met.
  • Knowledge of Digital & Ecommerce landscape, strong project management skills and ability to understand and utilise category insights to inform activation plans.
