House of Fashion Associates Ltd is a leading online fashion brand seeking an experienced Senior Ecommerce Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team based in East London. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's digital marketing efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our online business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage industry-leading digital marketing strategies for prospecting and retargeting our community, while ensuring exceptional return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Oversee our email marketing strategy, encompassing newsletters, flows, and segmentation of our database to achieve optimal results.
  • Build and maintain our audience list across all channels, fostering a loyal customer base.
  • Manage multi-channel digital performance campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, ensuring channels are optimized, testing content types, and tracking results.
  • Improve user experience by strategizing loyalty and customer retention through digital channels, delivering personalized experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Analyse data using advanced tools and trend analysis to deliver precise metric reports, providing actionable insights for informed optimisation recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on the concept, development, and implementation of digital marketing plans, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for the brand and understanding of our mission.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC, and paid media.
  • Experience working with Meta platforms and proficient knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics to analyse and report on website performance, customer journey, and behaviour data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage email marketing campaigns, with direct experience with Klaviyo being a plus.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and focus, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Location and Salary:

We are based in East London, and the estimated salary for this position is £55,000 per annum, reflecting the competitive market rate for a skilled Senior Ecommerce Digital Marketing Strategist in London.
