About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Bounce Digital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage a Team of Engineers: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented engineers to drive growth engineering, product development, and R&D initiatives.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: You will provide technical leadership and guidance to your team, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define and execute engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive Growth Engineering Efforts: You will drive the growth engineering efforts, optimizing the scalability, performance, and reliability of our SaaS platform to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Oversee Product Development: You will oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Design and Implement Software Architectures: You will collaborate with architects and technical leads to design and implement robust and scalable software architectures.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: You will have proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Technical Skills: You will have a solid understanding of full-stack development principles and experience with modern software development methodologies and tools.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: You will have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Education: You will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
