**Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Team:

The EMC Team in Engineering at BAE Systems provides support to the Engineering Manager and external specialists in providing transversal support to engineering delivery teams. Our ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing systems mitigation to meet EMC standards.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing system mitigation to meet EMC standards
  • Mentoring and coaching Engineers within the team

**Requirements:

  • BEng (Hons) / MEng or equivalent qualification
  • Professional registration at Chartered level or evidence of working towards this
  • Experience of design for EMC compliance
  • Knowledge of EMC Defence Standards would be an advantage
  • Proven experience and ability to coach others in a team

**Competitive Salary:** Our competitive salary is estimated at £75,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
