About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Thainstone House, Inverurie. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and plating a range of dishes while supervising junior staff to ensure high standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and plate dishes to a high standard
  • Supervise junior staff to ensure standards are maintained
  • Manage day-to-day needs in a busy environment, including shift briefings, stock control and monitoring costs and wastage
  • Work with senior chefs to ensure legal compliance
  • Hold an Intermediate Food Hygiene level qualification (REHIS or similar) and an understanding of HACCP and City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2
  • Have an excellent standard of written and spoken English
