Culinary Expert

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients and customers. Your passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service will shine through in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
* Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure our food services remain exceptional
* Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
* Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
* Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
* Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and maintain hygiene standards

Requirements:

* Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
* Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Have experience supervising a team and managing kitchen operations
* Have experience in a similar Chef role and be familiar with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
* Hold a Food Hygiene certificate and have a flexible approach to working
