Job Title: Floating Support Worker

Location: Hampshire, New Milton

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hourly Rate: £13.41 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Floating Support Worker to join our team in New Milton. As a key member of our team, you will provide highly skilled support to adults with complex care needs, ensuring they enjoy fulfilled lives.

Your role will involve reporting directly to the Resource Allocation Manager and working closely with our team to provide support in a variety of ways. You will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to adults with complex care needs in the New Milton area
  • Work closely with the Resource Allocation Manager to ensure effective support planning
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Provide emotional support and help individuals to achieve their goals
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and sleep ins (as required)
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of adult care and support principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and sleep ins
  • Access to a vehicle and a full driving license
