Inbound Sales Support Manager

The Sales Operations Advisor will provide operational and administrative support to the Inbound Sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving process improvement. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can take initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Inbound Sales team, including general operational tasks and sales reporting.
- Work closely with the sales team department manager to drive process improvement and implement new ideas.
- Ensure customer escalations, disputes, and failed orders are handled in a timely manner, which may require communication with customers.
- Develop and maintain sales and operational reports as requested by the line manager or Head of Channel.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to follow up on accounts in provisioning or rejected status.
- Assist sales agents and management with operational inquiries.
- Ensure compliance processes are followed and conduct sales audits.
- Support sales investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Highly organized, proactive, and responsible individual with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong initiative and desire to improve operational processes.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience working in a busy sales office is desirable.
- Good communicator with the ability to manage challenging sales people.
- Take ownership of actions and development.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as required.
- Good role model with a positive attitude.
