Inbound Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Advisor to provide operational and administrative sales support to our Inbound Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement and ensuring seamless sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administration and operational sales support to the Inbound Sales Team, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team department manager to drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Develop and maintain sales and operational reports, providing insights and recommendations to line managers and the Head of Channel.
- Work closely with our fulfillment team to follow up on accounts in provisioning or rejected status, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist sales agents and management with operational inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Lead sales investigations, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Highly organized, proactive, and responsible self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong initiative and desire to improve all areas of sales operations.
- Experience working in a busy sales office environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging sales people.
- Take ownership of actions and development, with a willingness to take on additional tasks as required.
