We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Wills, Trusts and Probates Team at a well-established law firm in the Chilterns, Home Counties and Thames Valley region.

The ideal candidate will have prior paralegal experience, excellent data inputting skills, and the ability to manage filing systems and case management software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter new matters into the case management system.
  • Manage and maintain the filing system.
  • Support the team in gaining knowledge and experience.
Future Responsibilities:
  • Compile written communications after training.
  • Maintain the case management system.
  • Draft documentation as required.
  • Prepare reports for clients.
  • Develop knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules.
  • Develop knowledge of case management systems.
  • Liaise with clients and professional contacts.
  • Assist with organizing marketing events and client meetings.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Willingness to help the team with all areas of legal skills and expand your role within the team after training.

This is a full-time office-based role with a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000.
