The Role

As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements. The firm is looking for a solicitor who is passionate about delivering exceptional client care and keen to take on additional responsibility as they grow within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of private family law matters.
  • Providing tailored advice to clients on divorce, financial disputes, child arrangements, and other family law issues.
  • Assisting senior lawyers on complex cases and gaining hands-on experience with high-quality work.
  • Working collaboratively within a close-knit team, contributing to the continued success of the firm.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A qualified Family Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.
  • Strong knowledge of private family law, with experience handling a range of cases.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide clear, concise advice.
  • Ambition to take on extra responsibility and further develop your legal career.
  • A proactive, positive approach to your work, with a keen interest in contributing to a growing team.
