Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team at Proxycare Limited. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and private homes.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address any identified issues.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Document patient care and progress in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Recent experience of working as a Registered General Nurse, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
