Situated in the heart of Duffield, our practice serves a population of over 11,000 patients from our modern premises with free parking and disabled access.

We operate an attached pharmacy unit and a small branch surgery in the nearby village of Little Eaton.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Maintaining and monitoring the practice appointments system
  • Handling face-to-face and telephone requests for appointments, visits, and consultations
  • Maintaining the front reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized
  • Registering temporary patients
  • Entering data into the computer system
  • Initiating contact with patients, team members, and healthcare agencies
