Senior Proclaim Developer

Candour Solutions is seeking an experienced Proclaim Developer to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the Proclaim CMS.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new features and enhancements to the Proclaim CMS
- Maintain and improve the Proclaim server environment, including the Proclaim Task Servers
- Identify and implement new techniques and tools to benefit the organization
- Provide and review solution design documentation to ensure consistency with agreed standards
- Liaise with team leaders and users to capture requirements and implement them
- Support end users with their usage of Proclaim and associated systems
- Ensure code quality is high by providing evidence of unit testing and assisting with peer code reviews
- Implement software updates with minimal contention and without configuration and version errors
- Screen Design & Field Creation
- Reports & Advanced Reports
- Auto Routines & SQL
- Creation of Letters, Tests & Before/After Maths
- Full working knowledge of Workflow & Database Maintenance
- Some working knowledge of Proclaim web/REST services
- Experience with designing work flows & interpreting design requests
- Ability to create procedures that will integrate the firm's case management system with external parties/applications
- Competence with creating custom reports in Proclaim and accounts
- Ability to maintain all systems in use in the accounts & Proclaim department
- Experience with creating structured documentation upon completion of projects and arranging relevant training, using Word & Visio
This role requires you to commute to our office based in Saint Helens. Once you have passed probation, you will have the opportunity to work remotely.
