About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Proclaim Developer to join our fast-growing team. As a Senior Proclaim Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the Proclaim CMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Proclaim CMS, ensuring high code quality and providing evidence of unit testing.

  • Maintain the Proclaim server environment, including the Proclaim Task Servers.

  • Identify and implement new techniques and tools that could benefit the organization.

  • Provide and review solution design documentation to ensure that designs are consistent with agreed standards.

  • Liaise with team leaders, management, and users to capture requirements, document captured requirements, and implement them.

  • Support end-users with their usage of Proclaim and associated systems/software.

  • Ensure code quality is high by providing evidence of unit testing and assist with peer code reviews.

  • Implement software updates with minimal contention and without configuration and version errors.

Requirements:

  • Screen Design & Field Creation

  • Reports & Advanced Reports

  • Auto Routines & SQL

  • Creation of Letters, Tests & Before/After Maths

  • Full working knowledge of Workflow & Database Maintenance

  • Some working knowledge of Proclaim web/REST services

  • Experience with designing work flows & interpreting design requests

  • Ability to create procedures that will integrate the firm's case management system with external parties/applications

  • Competence with creating custom reports in Proclaim and accounts

  • Ability to maintain all systems in use in the accounts & Proclaim department

  • Experience with creating structured documentation upon completion of projects and arrange relevant training, using Word & Visio
