As a Senior Proclaim Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the Proclaim CMS. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining the Proclaim server environment, identifying and implementing new techniques and tools, and providing solution design documentation. You will also be required to liaise with team leaders and users to capture requirements and implement them. Additionally, you will support end users with their usage of Proclaim and associated systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, maintain, and support the Proclaim CMS
* Maintain the Proclaim server environment
* Identify and implement new techniques and tools
* Provide solution design documentation
* Liaise with team leaders and users to capture requirements and implement them
* Support end users with their usage of Proclaim and associated systems

**Requirements:**

* Screen Design & Field Creation
* Reports & Advanced Reports
* Auto Routines & SQL
* Creation of Letters, Tests & Before/After Maths
* Full working knowledge of Workflow & Database Maintenance
* Some working knowledge of Proclaim web/REST services
* Experience with designing work flows & interpreting design requests
* Ability to create procedures that will integrate the firm\u2019s case management system with external parties/applications
* Competence with creating custom reports in Proclaim and accounts
* Ability to maintain all systems in use in the accounts & Proclaim department
* Experience with creating structured documentation upon completion of projects and arrange relevant training, using Word & Visio

**Working Arrangements:**

* You will be required to commute to our office based in Saint Helens. Once you have passed probation, you will have the opportunity to work remotely.
