Dorset Software is a leading organization that values the growth and development of our employees. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Career Development Coach to join our team in Summertown, Oxford.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our staff members in achieving their career goals through training and development programs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training sessions on various topics such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help staff members identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement career development plans tailored to individual needs.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is desirable, but not essential. If you have experience in career development coaching, we would love to hear from you.
What We Offer:
• Salary: £35,500-£40,600 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Location: Summertown, Oxford - Office Based
• Contract: Permanent, Full Time
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days a week in office
